The following apps were removed from the App Store on September 15, 2020:
- Answering Therapy
- Asking Therapy
- Question Therapy 2-in-1
- Question Therapy Lite
There simply weren't enough people using these 4 apps (first released in 2013) to allow us to sustainably support them any longer.
We want all of our apps to work well, respect privacy, and be available on both iOS and Android. The Question Therapy suite of apps stored too much patient data for most healthcare settings and were for Apple products only. While they were hugely customizable, they were too complicated for most users, and that's not up to our current standard.
We had to make the hard decision to focus our attention and resources on our most popular apps as Apple releases iOS 14 and we prepare for another round of updates.
So what does this mean for you?
If you ALREADY OWN any of the Question Therapy apps, you will continue to be able to use them! They will remain installed on any device you've put them on and continue to work for the foreseeable future. However, if you delete them or move to a new device, you will not be able to reinstall them. There will be no updates to fix bugs that may occur with newer operating systems.
If you are LOOKING TO BUY any of the Question Therapy apps, they are no longer available for purchase. Please look at our Conversation Therapy app to practice asking and answering questions in two-way communication.
We have no plans to sunset any of our other apps at this time. We remain committed to supporting the apps you love and need for your recovery.
