When you spend the time to create data custom for yourself or your clients, you should also always back up that data just in case. Because we don't require an internet connection and you don't have an account with us, this backup and restore process is manual.

You now have a couple of choices of how to save the backups you’ve just created
Plugging into a computer
- If you connect your device to a computer (usually via the charging cable into a USB slot) then most devices will allow the computer to now see and access the files on the device like any other folder on your computer.
- In some cases, you might need to allow USB debugging to give the computer access to your files
- Navigate to the folder where you saved the backup files.
- Now you can simply copy the files to a location on your computer where you would like to keep the backups.
This website provides a nice summary of the information here: https://www.howtogeek.com/202644/how-to-manage-files-and-use-the-file-system-on-android/
On-device
- Access a file manager app on your device
- Most devices have a file manager app provided by default. There are also many available for free on the Google Play Store.
- Navigate to the folder where you saved the files.
- From here you will have the ability to share you files. These could simply be e-mailed or shared via apps like DropBox, Google Drive or your preferred sharing method.
